Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of wrist and ankle needling combined with auricular pressure bean on the pain level and sleep quality of hepatocellular carcinoma patients after intervention.Method:92 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated with interventional procedures in Zhangzhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Fujian Province, were selected as the study subjects from December 2021 to October 2024,and were divided into the control group and the experimental group by the random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group carried out conventional nursing intervention, and the experimental group carried out wrist and ankle needles combined with auricular pressure bean nursing intervention.Postoperative pain level, anxiety and depression and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Result:After 7 d of care, the numerical pain method(NRS),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores of the test group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with auricular pressure bean care in hepatocellular carcinoma patients reduces post-interventional pain, improves anxiety and depression, and enhances sleep quality.
