Clinical Study of Bevacizumab Combined with Travofluridine Tepipiridine Tablets Chemotherapy Regimen for Advanced Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the impact of a chemotherapy regimen of bevacizumab in combination with travofluridine tepipiridine tablets in the treatment of advanced metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC).Method:60 cases of advanced mCRC patients admitted to Shougang Shuigang Hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(30 cases,treated with travofluridine tepipyrimidine tablets chemotherapy regimen)and the observation group(30 cases,bevacizumab combined with travofluridine tepipyrimidine tablets chemotherapy regimen)using a randomized numerical table method,and the two groups received treatment for one cycle.The comparisons were performed on clinical efficacy,tumor markers[glycan antigen 19-9(CA19-9),glycan antigen 125(CA125),glycan antigen 242(CA242),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)],quality of life[Short Form of the Health Survey(SF-36)],and adverse reactions in both groups.Result:The observation group obtained higher overall effective rate than the control group after treatment.The observation group had lower CA19-9[(82.65±8.29)KU/L],CA125[(65.27±8.16)kU/L],CA242[(34.29±4.28)IU/mL],CEA[(11.61±3.03)ng/mL]than the control group.Compared with the control group,the observation group expressed higher scores of physiological function[(78.66±3.52)points],role physical[(78.62±3.96)points],body pain[(79.61±3.46)points],general health[(80.74±3.69)points],vigor[(77.09±2.76)points],social function[(80.92±3.43)points],role emotional[(80.82±2.37)points],mental health[(80.89±2.49)points]in SF-36 survey(P<0.05).The comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions in both groups showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bevacizumab combined with travofluridine tepipiridine tablets chemotherapy regimen for the treatment of advanced mCRC has significant efficacy,can effectively regulate the level of tumor markers,improve the quality of life of patients,and does not increase the number of adverse reactions.
