Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of intervention measures oriented by activities of daily living(ADL)score on the postoperative lumbar function and quality of life of patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis(LS).Method:A total of 95 patients with LS admitted to the Second Hospital of Longyan City from July 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(n=48)and the observation group(n=47)by random number table method. The control group was given conventional intervention measures after the operation.Based on this, the observation group was implemented with intervention measures oriented by ADL score for one month. Before and after the intervention, the ADL scores, lumbar function[Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)assessment scores],lumbar range of motion, and quality of life[General Quality of Life Instrument-74 Items.(GQOLI-74)]of the two groups were compared.Result:After the intervention, the ADL score,JOA score and GQOLI-74 score of both groups increased, and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The ODI scores of both groups decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After the intervention, the range of motion of lumbar flexion and extension in both groups increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intervention measures oriented by ADL score can improve the lumbar function and range of motion of LS patients after surgery and enhance their quality of life.
