The Effect of Midnigth-Noon Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Compress Combined with Ear Acupoint Bean Pressing on Postoperative Recovery and Psychological Status of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Myomectomy with Noon Infusion

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the influence of midnight-noon traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with ear acupoint bean pressing on the postoperative recovery and psychological status of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy(LM).Method:A total of 93 patients with LM admitted to Tianmen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Hubei University of Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to September 2024 were selected and divided into a control group(47 cases)and an observation group(46 cases)by random number table method.The control group received conventional intervention measures.Based on this,the observation group received the intervention of midnight-noon ebb-flow traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with auricular point pressing bean for 3 days.Compare postoperative recovery indicators.Before and after the intervention,the gastrointestinal symptom scores and psychological states[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)]of the two groups were compared.Record the postoperative adverse reactions.Result:Compared with the control group,the postoperative recovery time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of gastrointestinal symptoms such as abdominal distension and abdominal pain,as well as the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Ziwu Liuzhu traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with auricular point pressing beans in patients with LM can alleviate gastrointestinal discomfort symptoms,improve psychological conditions,and promote postoperative recovery.
