Effect of Qili Qiangxin Capsules on Ventricular Remodeling in Patients with Acute Heart Failure after Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract：Objective:To observe the adjuvant therapeutic effect of Qili Qiangxin Capsules on ventricular remodeling in patients with acute heart failure after acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Method:A total of 100 patients with AMI complicated with acute heart failure who were hospitalized in Qingyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected.They were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received standardized Western medicine treatment,while the observation group took Qili Qiangxin Capsules orally on the basis of standardized Western medicine treatment.The ventricular remodeling indicators,therapeutic effects,exercise tolerance,quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV),and left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)of the two groups of patients.And when comparing the levels of ventricular remodeling index(LVRI),left ventricular mass index(LVMI),serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),and troponin I(cTNI),there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of LVEF and LVRI indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of LVESV,LVEDV,LVMI,NT-proBNP,and cTNI indicators were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the 6-minute walk test(6MWT)distance and the Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Questionnaire(MLHFQ)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the 6MWT distance in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the MLHFQ score was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qili Qiangxin Capsules can effectively enhance the improvement effect of ventricular remodeling in patients with acute heart failure after AMI,improve the quality of life,and have no obvious adverse reactions.
