Abstract:Objective:To explore the application value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound(TVCD)in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Method:80 patients diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy in Taizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to November 2024 were selected. All patients were diagnosed by surgical pathology. The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method and underwent TVCD and transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound(TACD)examinations respectively. The examination results of the two groups were compared.Result:In terms of the coincidence rate of ectopic pregnancy diagnosis,TVCD was higher than TACD,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the time for gestational sac imaging and the time for a clear diagnosis,TVCD was shorter than TACD,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the detection rates of intrauterine pseudogestational sac, adnexal mass, pelvic effusion, embryo echo and primitive cardiovascular pulsation,TVCD was higher than TACD,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with TACD,TVCD shows more obvious advantages in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. This technology can provide clearer and more detailed imaging data, helping doctors more accurately assess the specific conditions of the early stage of ectopic pregnancy and providing reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
