Abstract:Objective:To explore the related factors influencing the pregnancy stress level of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and the intervention measures.Method:A total of 126 pregnant women with GDM admitted to the First Naval Hospital of the Southern Theater Command of the People's Liberation Army of China from September 2021 to September 2024 were selected as the study objects.According to the score of the Pregnancy Stress Rating Scale(PSRS),the pregnant women were divided into the high pregnancy stress level group(PSRS score≥15 points)and the low pregnancy stress level group(PSRS score<15 points). The general data of the patients were collected and univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were conducted.Result:The PSRS score of 126 pregnant women with GDM was(14.63±3.77)points,among which 50 cases had PSRS≥15 points.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of age, whether they were primiparas, whether they had a history of adverse pregnancy and childbirth, per capita monthly income of the family, blood glucose control, and social support(P<0.05).logistic regression analysis showed that age≥35 years old, primiparas, having a history of adverse pregnancy and childbirth, per capita monthly family income<4 000 yuan,poor/average blood glucose control, and low social support were independent risk factors affecting the pregnancy stress level of pregnant women with GDM(P<0.05,OR>1).Conclusion:The pregnancy stress level of pregnant women with GDM is closely related to multiple factors. In clinical practice,by paying attention to special groups such as advanced age and those with adverse pregnancy and childbirth history,it can help pregnant women relieve pregnancy stress and promote mental health during pregnancy and maternal and infant health.
