The Effect of Shenshuaining Combined with Compound Alpha Ketoacid Tablets in the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

Abstract：Objective:To observe the efficacy of Shenshuaining combined with compound alpha ketoacid tablets in the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure.Method:82 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Yongtai County Hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and a test group using the envelope method.The control group was treated with oral compound alpha ketoacid tablets,while the test group was treated with Shenshuaining in addition.The clinical efficacy and drug side effects of two groups,as well as the renal function indicators,renal fibrosis indicators,and micro inflammation indicators before and after treatment were compared.The total effective rate of the experimental group(95.12%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 30 days of treatment,the levels of BUN,Scr,and Cys-C in both groups decreased significantly,with the experimental group showing a more significant decrease.The eGFR levels were significantly increased,with the experimental group showing a more significant increase,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 30 days of treatment,the levels of TIMP-1,CTGF,FN,TNF-α,and IL-6 in both groups decreased significantly.The experimental group showed a more significant decrease,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of drug side effects between the experimental group(7.32%)and the control group(4.88%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy of oral administration of Shenshuaining and compound alpha ketoacid tablets in patients with chronic renal failure has significant therapeutic effects,significantly improving renal function indicators,renal fibrosis indicators,and micro inflammatory indicators,with low drug side effects.
