Abstract:Objective:To analyze the impact of FMEA caring on patients undergoing endoscopic colorectal polypectomy.Method:110 cases who accepted endoscopic colorectal polypectomy in the hospital from June to December 2023 were stochasticly assigned to the study group and the control group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group accepted general clinical care, while the study group received FMEA based care. The intestinal cleaning effect, complications, negative emotions, comfort and quality of life were compared between them.Result:After receiving FMEA based care, the observation group showed clearly better intestinal cleanliness, negative emotions, comfort, and quality of life compared to the control group, with fewer complications. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing FMEA based nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic colorectal polypectomy can effectively improve intestinal cleansing efficacy, comfort, and quality of life, and reduce complications.
