Effect of Interferon Alpha-2b Combined with Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsules and Laser Therapy on Vaginal Microbiota and Peripheral Immune Function in Patients with Cervicitis and HPV Infection

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effects of interferon α-2b combined with lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsules and laser treatment on vaginal microecology and immune function in patients with cervicitis complicated with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Method:80 patients diagnosed with cervicitis and HPV who visited Fuding Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2023 to April 2024 were selected and finally included in the study.All the research subjects were divided into two groups by the method of random number table.Among the 40 cases in the control group,the treatment plan adopted was laser therapy combined with vaginal administration of interferon α-2b.The 40 cases in the observation group,on the basis of the medication of the control group,added the intervention method of vaginal administration of lactic acid bacteria capsules.Each group received a medication intervention lasting for 3 months.The therapeutic effects of the two groups,the changes of vaginal microecology and immune function indicators before and after treatment were compared.The differences in adverse reactions that occurred during the treatment process were recorded.Result:In terms of the therapeutic effect,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,in terms of various indicators such as the pH value of vaginal secretions,Nugent score,and CD8+level,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,in terms of the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+indicators,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Interferon α-2b,lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsules combined with laser intervention for cervicitis with HPV infection are beneficial for regulating vaginal microecology and improving peripheral immune function,but there are few adverse reactions during the treatment period.
