Diagnostic Value of Serum Anti Cyclic Citrullinated Peptide,Soluble Interleukin-2 Receptor,and Rheumatoid Factor in Rheumatoid Arthritis

Abstract：Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of serum anti cyclic citrullinated peptide(CCP),soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R),and rheumatoid factor(RF)in rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Method:70 patients with RA treated in the hospital from August 2021 to August 2024 were selected as the observation group,and another 70 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination were selected as the control group.The levels of CCP,sIL-2R,and RF were detected in both groups,and the diagnostic efficacy of CCP,sIL-2R and RF detection alone and in combination was analyzed.Result:The levels of CCP,sIL-2R and RF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CCP sensitivity,accuracy and accuracy was 78.57%,90.00%and 84.29%.sIL-2R sensitivity,accuracy and accuracy was 77.14%,85.71%and 81.43%.RF sensitivity,accuracy and accuracy was 80.00%,84.29%and 82.14%.Combined diagnostic sensitivity,accuracy and accuracy was 95.71%,90.00%and 92.86%.The sensitivity and accuracy of CCP,sIL-2R and RF detected separately were lower than those in the combined diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the specificity of CCP,sIL-2R,RF and the specificity of combined diagnosis(P>0.05).Conclusion:CCP,sIL-2R and RF levels are abnormally high in RA patients,and the combined diagnosis of RA has high efficacy and can accurately differentiate RA.
