Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided injection of Pingyangmycin in the treatment of pediatric lymphangioma.Method:A prospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 70 pediatric lymphangioma patients admitted to Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospita from January 2021 to December 2023.According to the treatment method, they were divided into two groups:the Pingyangmycin group(35 cases)and the control group(35 cases). The Pingyangmycin group was treated with ultrasound-guided injection of Pingyangmycin, while the control group was treated with surgical resection. The treatment efficacy, incidence of complications, length of hospital stay, and expenses were compared between two groups.Result:The treatment effect score of the Pingyangmycin group was similar to that of the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the Pingyangmycin group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The average hospitalization time of the Pingyangmycin group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The average cost of the Pingyangmycin group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound guided injection of Pingyangmycin in the treatment of pediatric lymphangioma has the advantages of good therapeutic effect, fewer complications, short hospital stay, and low cost.It is a safe and effective treatment method.
