Application of Thirteen Needles of Meridian Adjustment and Pregnancy Assistance Combined with Active Immunotherapy in Patients with Unknown Causes of Recurrent Miscarriage

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application of thirteen acupuncture points for regulating menstruation and assisting pregnancy combined with active immunotherapy in patients with unexplained recurrent miscarriage(URSA).Method:118 patients with URSA admitted to Macheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into a combination group(n=59)and an immunization group(n=59)using a random number table method.The immunization group received active lymphocyte immunotherapy,while the combination group received thirteen injections of menstrual regulation and pregnancy assistance therapy on this basis.The clinical efficacy of two groups,including ovarian function,immune function[CD3+,CD4+/CD8+,blocking antibody conversion rate]before and after 10 weeks of treatment were compared,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was compared.Result:The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the immunization group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 10 weeks of treatment,the levels of antral follicle count(AFC),and anti Mullerian hormone(AMH)increased in both groups,while the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),CD3+and CD4+/CD8+lymphocytes percentages decreased in both groups,with the combination group showing a more significant increase,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The conversion rate of blocked antibodies in the combination group was higher than that in the immunization group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of thirteen injections of menstrual regulation assisted pregnancy and active immunotherapy has significant therapeutic effects in patients with URSA.It can effectively improve their ovarian and immune functions,and increase the conversion rate of blocking antibodies to positive.It has good safety.
