Abstract:Objective:To investigate the nursing effectiveness of the wireless ultra-high-definition laparoscopic system in hepatobiliary surgery.Method:65 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Armed Police Anhui Provincial Corps Hospital of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force from June 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group using an odd-even grouping method, with 33 and 32 patients, respectively. The control group underwent laparoscopic surgery using traditional laparoscopic instruments, while the observation group underwent laparoscopic surgery using a wireless ultra-high-definition laparoscopic system.Multiple perioperative indicators were compared between the two groups, including surgery duration, length of hospital stay, time for item preparation, time for laparoscopic system connection, and usage cost.Additionally, the satisfaction of medical staff was assessed, and the incidence of complications, including incision infection,intra-abdominal abscess, postoperative bleeding, pancreatic fistula, and biliary fistula, was recorded.Result:The observation group was lower than the control group in terms of operation time, connection time of the laparoscopic system and usage cost, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional system, the wireless ultra-high-definition laparoscopic system can improve preoperative preparation efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the satisfaction of medical staff, with lower complication rate.
