Abstract:Objective:To analyze the effect of nanocarbon suspension injection on surgical patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma.Method:80 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma admitted to the First People's Hospital of Wanzhou District,Chongqing from February 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study sample. They were randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group, with 40 patients in each group. The observation group received treatment with nanocarbon suspension injection during surgery, while the control group received surgical treatment alone. The intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative blood calcium and parathyroid hormone levels, number of lymph node dissections, parathyroid incorrect resection rate, postoperative drainage volume, and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The intraoperative blood calcium(4.24±0.62)mmol/L,parathyroid hormone(32.13±2.08)pg/ml,and lymph node dissection number(7.39±1.02)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(2.29±0.37)mmol/L,(29.15±1.74)pg/ml,and(5.42±0.85),respectively.The intraoperative bleeding volume(8.35±2.08)mL,postoperative drainage volume(31.93±2.28)mL,parathyroid misplacement rate 0.00%,and postoperative complication rate 2.50%in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(13.19±2.14)mL,(42.07±2.52)mL,12.50%,and 15.00%,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nanocarbon suspension injection has numerous benefits for patients undergoing surgery for papillary thyroid carcinoma. It can not only prevent the accidental removal of parathyroid tissue, thereby preventing a decrease in blood calcium and parathyroid hormone levels, but also increase the number of lymph node dissections and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
