Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of early enteral nutrition support based on the theory of fusion transformation on the immune function, nutritional status, and recovery of postoperative gastric cancer patients.Method:A total of 160 patients with gastric cancer admitted to the hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into control group(n=80)and experimental group(n=80)using a random number table method.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, while patients in the observation group received early enteral nutrition support based on the theory of fusion and change on the basis of nursing in the control group. The immune function, nutritional status, and rehabilitation status of the two groups were compared.Result:After intervention, tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels of observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of nutrient-balanced patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the proportion of severe malnutrition was significantly lower than that in the control patients. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the health survey(SF-36)were significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition support based on the theory of fusion transformation is significantly more effective in intervening postoperative gastric cancer patients than previous nursing models. The patient's immune function and nutritional status are significantly improved, and their recovery process is effectively promoted.
