Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of visiting checklist-based mind-body care in the perioperative period for patients undergoing elective cardiac interventional procedures.Method:91 patients with elective cardiac interventional procedures who visited the People's Hospital of Leshan City Central District from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into the observation group(n=46)and the control group(n=45)according to the odd-even grouping method. The above two groups were given physical and mental care based on the visiting list, and perioperative routine care respectively. The psychological condition, sleep quality, and disease coping styles of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention, and the total satisfaction of nursing care of the two groups was counted.Result:Before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),and the scores of each dimension using the Sleep Quality Scale(SPIEGEL)between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the scores of HAMA,HAMD scores, and the scores of each dimension of SPIEGEL decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention, the difference between the two groups in the various scores of coping styles was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention, the scores of the coping styles of the two groups were better than before the intervention, and the observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Physical and mental care based on the visiting list for patients undergoing elective cardiac interventional surgery is more effective in relieving anxiety and depression, facilitating sleep quality, and changing the way patients face the disease from submission and avoidance to coping, which enhances the satisfaction of care.
