Abstract:Objective:To study and analyze the effect of ultrasound-assisted dynamic tip positioning technique during radial artery puncture.Method:160 cases of non-emergency surgical adult patients requiring intraoperative radial artery puncture and tube placement monitoring in Gaozhou People's Hospital from October 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group based on the random sampling method, with 80 cases in each group. The control group utilized the palpation method for localization and puncture, and the observation group utilized the ultrasound-assisted dynamic tip localization technique for puncture. The effects of the two positioning methods on the results of tube placement, puncture indexes and complications were evaluated, and the results of the evaluation of the indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The success rate of first tube placement and 5 min success rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the complication rate of the observation group was lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of punctures in the observation group was less than that of the control group, the time of puncture was shorter than that of the control group, and the degree of pain during puncture was lighter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of ultrasound-assisted dynamic tip positioning technology in radial artery puncture has a more satisfactory effect, which can improve the success rate of radial artery puncture and tube placement, reduce the risk of complications, and conform to the concept of visual operation and precise anesthesia.
