Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of early and delayed cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis.Method:Take 80 acute cholecystitis patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 as study object, group patients according to priority anti-inflammatory treatment after admission,40 patients who did not undergo anti-inflammatory treatment and received surgery within 72h after admission as early group,40 patients who underwent anti-inflammatory treatment after admission and underwent surgery after inflammation disappeared surgery as delay group, and compare the short-term prognosis of the two groups.Result:Operation time, blood loss and hospitalization in the early group were shorter than those in the delayed group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Early bowel sound recovery, first exhaust and defecation time were shorter than the delayed group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores at 24 h in the early group was lower than the delayed group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate in the early group was shorter than that in the delayed group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is an effective treatment for acute cholecystitis.Compared with delayed surgery after anti-inflammatory treatment, early surgery after admission is more conducive to early rehabilitation.
