Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of continuous bedside blood frltration combined with hemoperfusion on the recovery process and prognosis of emergency patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP).Method:A total of 98 patients with emergency AOPP admitted to the First People's Hospital of Taicang City from January 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, with 49 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional treatment. The control group was treated with hemoperfusion, while the observation group was treated with continuous bedside hemofiltration on the basis of the control group. The cure rate, myocardial injury indicators, liver function, inflammatory factors and complications of the two groups were compared.Result:After the treatment, the cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the cholinesterase level was also higher than that of the control group, the differenre was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LD),interleukin-8(IL-8),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and interleukin-6(IL-6)were lower than those in the control group, the differenre was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of continuous bedside hemofiltration and hemoperfusion for emergency patients with AOPP has a definite effect. It can reduce inflammatory responses, improve myocardial injury indicators and liver function, has a high cure rate, few complications, and is safe and reliable.
