Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical value of recycling autologous blood transfusion in cesarean section for placenta previa pregnancy.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 70 parturients with placenta previa who underwent cesarean section in Quanzhou Women's and Children's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024.They were divided into the recovery autologous blood transfusion group(n=35)and the allogeneic blood transfusion group(n=35)according to different blood transfusion methods. Those who underwent recycling autologous blood transfusion were classified as the autologous group, and those who received allogeneic blood transfusion were classified as the allogeneic group.Compare the intraoperative blood loss, the volume and proportion of allogeneic red blood cells and coagulation components infused between the two groups. The clinical related indicators, blood routine indicators[hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(HCT),platelet count(PLT)],coagulation function[prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB)],electrolyte levels and transfusion-related adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in the intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative blood transfusion volume and blood transfusion volume within 24 hours after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).The number of people receiving allogeneic red blood cells, hospital stay and blood transfusion cost in the autologous group were significantly lower than those in the allogeneic group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Twenty-four hours after blood transfusion, the values of Hb,HCT,PLT and FIB in both groups were lower than those before blood transfusion, and the autologous group was higher than the allogeneic group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The values of PT,TT and APTT in both groups were higher than those before blood transfusion, and the autologous group was lower than the allogeneic group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of blood calcium and blood sodium in both groups decreased, and the autologous group was higher than the allogeneic group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of blood potassium in both groups increased, and the autologous group was lower than the allogeneic group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of transfusion complications in the autologous group was lower than that in the allogeneic group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Among parturients with placenta previa pregnancy undergoing cesarean section, compared with allogeneic blood transfusion, recovery autologous blood transfusion has higher safety for parturients.
