The effect of Jiawei Daotan Decoction Combined with Salbutamol Injection on Pulmonary Rehabilitation in Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary disease

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of modified Daotan decoction combined with salbutamol injection in pulmonary rehabilitation of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 82 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD who visited Wuyishan Municipal Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the salbutamol group and the combined group of Daotan decoction,with 41 cases in each group.The salbutamol group received the standard treatment plan and was supplemented with salbutamol injection.The combined group of Daotan decoction was treated with Jiawei Daotan decoction on the basis of the salbutamol group.During the pretherpy and post-treatment,researchers examined the pulmonary function indicators[maximum vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),the ratio of FEV1 to FVC(FEV1/FVC)]of the two groups,and blood gas analysis indicators[the changes in arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)],clinical efficacy,and the levels of inflammatory factors were observed and compared in detail.Result:After treatment,the pulmonary function indicators,blood gas analysis indicators and inflammatory factor levels of both groups improved.Moreover,the improvement degree of the combined group of Daotan decoction was better than that of the salbutamol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the Daotan decoction combined group was higher than that of the salbutamol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Daotan decoction combined with salbutamol injection can improve the pulmonary function,blood gas analysis indicators and clinical efficacy of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD,and has a good pulmonary rehabilitation effect.
