Clinical Effect of Flavopiridol Combined with Vornoxan Fumarate in the Treatment of Refractory Reflux Esophagitis

Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of berberine combined with vonoprazine fumarate in the treatment of Refractory Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease(rGERD).Method:A total of 120 patients with rGERD who visited Yidu People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with voronoprazen fumarate,while the observation group was treated with berberine combined with voronoprazen fumarate.The gastric function indicators,laryngopharyngeal reflux symptom scores,inflammatory factor levels,complication rates and disease recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of gastric function indicators,laryngopharyngeal reflux symptom scores and inflammatory factor levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the improvement of gastric function index levels in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The reduction amplitude of laryngopharyngeal reflux symptom score and inflammatory factor levels in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and the recurrence rate of diseases in the observation group were both lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Berberine combined with vonolasone fumarate has shown significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of rGERD.It can more effectively improve the gastric function of patients,alleviate the symptoms of laryngopharyngeal reflux,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,and reduce complications and disease recurrence.Therefore,this combined treatment plan can be an effective option for the treatment of RRE.
