Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xingnaojing injection in treating cognitive impairment after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(aSAH).Method:A total of 60 patients with aSAH admitted to the hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were randomly divided into control group(n=30)receiving conventional treatment and study group(n=30)receiving Xingnaojing injection. The levels of inflammatory factors, cerebral blood flow velocity, and cognitive function between two groups are compared.Result:After intervention, the levels of CRP,NSE,IL-6 and TNF-α showed a decreasing trend in both groups, with the study group showing a more significant decrease(P<0.05).The two intervention groups showed a decreasing trend in cerebral blood flow velocity, with the study group showing a more significant decrease(P<0.05).After intervention, the MOCA scores showed an upward trend in both groups, with the study group showing a more significant increase(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingnaojing injection can regulate cerebral blood flow velocity, reduce inflammatory response, and have significant therapeutic effects on improving cognitive impairment in patients with aSAH.
