Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of good limb position placement combined with body weight support treadmill training on balance and walking ability in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Method:61 stroke patients treated in the hospital from March 2021 to June 2024 were randomized by envelope method:31 in the observation group, and 30 in the control group. Both groups received conventional rehabilitation training, while the observation group added good limb position placement and body weight support treadmill training on the basis of the control group. After 12 weeks of continuous treatment, the Berg Balance Scale(BBS)scores and 10-meter walk test(10MWT)were used to evaluate the balance and walking ability of the patients before and after training.Result:After 12 weeks of treatment intervention, the BBS scores and 10MWT speed of both groups were higher than before training, the balance and walking ability of both groups improved significantly, and the observation group showed better improvement in scale scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting good limb position placement combined with body weight support treadmill training for stroke patients with hemiplegia can improve their balance and walking ability.
