Abstract:Objective:To compare the analgesic effects of local wound infiltration anesthesia and lumbar muscle block anesthesia after laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.Method:90 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery at the Second People's Hospital of Jiaozuo City from January to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups of 45 patients each using a random number table method. The control group received lumbar muscle block anesthesia, while the observation group received local wound infiltration anesthesia. The pain scores,PCIA compression frequency, first additional analgesia time, postoperative exhaust time and adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Result:The NRS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 4,24,and 48 hours after surgery in both resting and exercise states, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had fewer PCIA compressions than the control group, and the first additional analgesia and postoperative exhaust time were shorter than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Local wound infiltration anesthesia has a comparable effect to lumbar muscle block anesthesia in postoperative analgesia for laparoscopic colorectal cancer. Its operation is simple, the effect is accurate, and the medical cost is low.
