Abstract:Objective:To analyze the efficacy of ulinastatin combined with octreotide in patients with acute pancreatitis and its adverse reactions.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 82 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to First Hospital of Putian City from June 2022 to February 2024.All selected patients were divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group by treatment methods. The control group took octreotide alone, and the observation group added ustervastatin. The clinical efficacy, symptom disappearance and hospitalization time, white blood cell count(WBC),serum amylase(AMS),urinary amylase(UAMY)levels, serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-10(IL-10),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)],and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result:After treatment, the clinical effect of observation group was higher than that of control group. The symptoms disappeared in the observation group and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group. The levels of WBC,AMS,UAMY,CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α were lower than those of control group, and the levels of IL-10 were higher than those of control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of the two groups were compared, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of ustepidem and octreotide can effectively improve the levels of detection factors:WBC in patients with acute pancreatitis, alleviate inflammation, shorten the duration of symptoms, and do not increase adverse reactions, which has higher safety.
