Abstract:Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of blood perfusion combined with iodothyroxine on patients with acute severe organophosphate pesticide poisoning.Method:Selecting 90 patients with acute severe organophosphate pesticide poisoning admitted to Tongren People's Hospital from January 2020 to August 2024.They were grouped according to different treatment plans.According to different treatment plans, they were divided into a control group of 40 cases and an observation group of 50 cases.During routine treatment, the control group was treated with iodipyrimidine.Hemoperfusion was applied in the observation group during the treatment with iodophosphatine. The treatment effects, cholinesterase(CHE)activity, aspartate aminotransferase(AST)levels, etc.of the two groups were compared.Result:The clinical symptom relief time and atropine dosage of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The CHE activity was higher than that of the control group 6,12,24,and 48 h after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum creatine kinase(CK),cardiac troponin I(cTnI),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)of observation group were lower than those in the control group 48 h after treatment, and the expression of serum inflammation was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications and mortality between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of hemoperfusion and iodothyroxine can improve the CEH activity in patients with acute severe organophosphate pesticide poisoning, alleviate liver and myocardial damage.
