Effect of MIPPO Combined with LCP on Patients with Distal TIbial Fracture

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of MIPPO and LCP in the treatment of distal tibial fractures.Method:102 patients with distal tibial fracture who were treated in Guizhou Staff Hospital from June 2021 to August 2024.They were randomly divided into two groups:reference group,research group,with 51 cases in each group.Control group received open reduction+internal fixation with steel plate,and the study group received MIPPO+LCP.The excellent and good rate of ankle joint function and the expression of bone markers in the two groups were observed.Result:3 months after operation,the excellent and good rate of ankle joint function in the study group was higher than reference group(P<0.05).Before operation,there was no statistically significant difference in OC,PⅠCP,BALP and PTH(P>0.05).1 day and 3 months after operation,OC,P Ⅰ CP,BALP and PTH in the study group were higher,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:MIPPO+LCP can improve ankle joint function,enhance osteocyte activity and promote fracture healing in the treatment of distal tibial fracture.It has good application value.
