The Effect of Bushen Huoxue Tang on Local Blood Supply and Bone Turnover in Patients with Delayed Healing of Tibial Fractures

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinial effect of Bushen Huoxue Tang on local blood supply and bone turnover in patients with delayed healing of tibal fractures.Method:80 patients with delayed tibial fracture healing admitted to Jianli Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were evenly divided into two groups according to different admission times,with 40 cases in each group.The patients admitted from January 2023 to June 2023 were named as the control group,and they were treated with conventional Western medicine.The patients admitted from July 2023 to December 2023 were named the observation group,and the number of patients in this group was 40.They were treated with conventional Western medicine combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction.Serum inflammatory factor levels,hemorheology indexes,local blood supply status and bone turnover indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The whole blood viscosity,fibrinogen,blood cell volume and plasma specific viscosity in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The morphological scores,loop scores and flow scores in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of N-Telopeptide of TypeⅠ Collagen(NTX),β-collagen degradation products(β-CTX)and N-MID of osteocalcin in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with delayed healing of tibia fracture,the treatment of Bushen Huoxue Tang can obtain a relatively ideal therapeutic effect,which can not only effectively reduce the inflammatory response,but also improve the hemorheology and local blood supply status,and improve the bone turnover.
