Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection combined with continuous blood purification on liver function and serum inflammatory factor levels in patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Method:82 patients with SAP admitted to Xiamen Fifth Hospital from May 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the combined group according to different treatment methods. There were 42 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the combined group.Among them, the control group was given continuous blood purification, and the combined group was given magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection combined with continuous blood purification. The clinical efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions, liver function, immune function and serum inflammatory factor levels before treatment and 7 days after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment in the combined group, the levels of Total Bilirubin(TBil),Aspartate aminotransferase(AST),Gamma-glutamyl transferase(GGT),and Alanine aminotransferase(ALT)were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment in the combined group, the levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),and immunoglobulin A(IgA)were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The increase amplitude of interleukin(IL)-2 level in the combined group was greater than that in the control group, and the decrease amplitudes of IL-6,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF),and IL-1β levels in the combined group were greater than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection combined with continuous blood purification in the treatment of SAP can not only improve liver function and immune function, but also inhibit the inflammatory response in the body, and has certain safety.
