Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Ulinastatin combination intensive insulin treatment on patients with hyperlipidemia pancreatitis.Method:82 patients with hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from July 2022 to July 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, while the observation group was treated with ulinastatin combined with insulin for intensive treatment on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated continuously for one week. The blood glucose levels, blood lipid levels, inflammatory mediators and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment, the fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin values in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of various blood lipids and inflammatory mediators in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensive treatment with ulinastatin combined with insulin can reduce the blood glucose and lipid levels of patients with hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis, alleviate their inflammatory response, and improve their clinical efficacy.
