Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of nifedipine combined with ritodrine hydrochloride on serum and cervical secretion factors in patients with threatened premature delivery.Method:82 patients with threatened preterm birth admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Huizhou City from January 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional magnesium sulfate treatment, while the observation group was given nifedipine combined with ritodrine hydrochloride treatment, both groups were treated continuously for one week. The therapeutic effect(clinical symptom disappearance time, uterine contraction disappearance time, total therapeutic effective rate),serum markers[interferon-γ(IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-17(IL-17)]and cervical secretions[fetal fibronectin(fFN),phosphorylated insulin-like growth factor-1(IGFBP-1),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-17,fFN,IGFBP-1 and MMP-9 in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During treatment, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and contraction was earlier in observation group. After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment was higher, the gestational age was longer, and the neonatal Apgar score was higher in the observation group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine combined with ritodrine hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of patients with threatened premature delivery, which can effectively improve the serum immune indexes and cervical secretion expression levels, promote the alleviation of clinical symptoms and improve maternal and infant outcomes.
