The Efficacy of Bacterial Lysate Capsules Combined with Montelukast in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthmatic children and the Impact on Lung Function

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the curative effect of bacterial lysate capsules combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma and its effect on lung function.Method:A total of 120 children with bronchial asthma admitted to Yubei District People's Hospital of Chongqing from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to envelope randomized method,including control group(n=59,treated with montelukast)and combination group(n=61,treated with bacterial dissolved product capsules combined with montelukast).The clinical therapeutic effect and safety evaluation were compared between the two groups.Result:The proportion of obvious,effective and ineffective treatment in the combination group was(22.95%),(67.21%)and(9.84%),and that in the control group was(13.56%),(62.71%)and(23.73%),respectively.The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum expiratory flow(PEF)and forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)of lung function indexes in 2 groups were increased compared with before treatment,while the levels of serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)of immune function indexes were decreased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of FVC,PEF and FEV1 in combination group were higher,while IgE levels were lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in combination group and control group was 9.84%and 6.78%,respectively,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bacteriolysis capsules combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma can improve the therapeutic effect,effectively improve lung function and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,with good safety.
