Influence of Multi-channel and Multi-stage Psychological Intervention Combined with Mind Map Rehabilitation Nursing on Patients after Phacoemulsification

Abstract：Objective:To explore the influence of multi-channel and multi-stage psychological intervention combined with mind map rehabilitation nursing on patients after phacoemulsification.Method:A total of 62 cataract patients who received phacoemulsification and mind map rehabilitation nursing in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of Fujian Tingzhou Hospital from June to August 2023 were classified as the control group,and 58 patients who received phacoemulsification and multi-channel and multi-stage psychological intervention combined with mind map rehabilitation nursing from September to December 2023 were classified as the combined group.The visual acuity recovery,psychological status[Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)],quality of life[the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)]before and after 1 month of intervention and complications were observed and compared between two groups.Result:After 1 month of intervention,the visual acuity recovery and SF-36 scores of two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the combined group were higher than those in the control group,the HAMD scores and HAMA scores of two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the combined group was 6.90%(4/58),which was lower than 19.35%(12/62)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multi-channel and multi-stage psychological intervention combined with mind map rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients after phacoemulsification is helpful to accelerate the recovery of vision,improve the psychological state and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
