Application Effect of Snyder's Hope Theory Combined with Continuous Nursing of WeChat Platform in Patients with Myocardial Infarction

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of Snyder's hope theory combined with continuous nursing of WeChat platform in patients with myocardial infarction.Method:A total of 88 patients with myocardial infarction who admitted to Beijing Huairou Hospital from July 2022 to July 2024 were selected,and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given Snyder's hope theory combined with continuous nursing of WeChat platform.The compliance behavior,psychological state,coping style and quality of life of two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,the scores of compliance behavior,general quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)and confrontation in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of mental state assessment scale(MSSNS),avoidance and yield in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Snyder's hope theory combined with continuous nursing of WeChat platform in patients with myocardial infarction can improve compliance behavior,coping style and quality of life,and improve psychological state.
