Abstract:Objective:To analyze the value of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),homocysteine(Hcy)and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)in the evaluating of the prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Method:From January 2023 to January 2024,200 patients with CHF who admitted to Guiyi Anshun Hospital were included in the observation group, and 198 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were included in the healthy group, the levels of serum hs-CRP,Hcy and NT-proBNP were compared between two groups. In addition, according to the occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)during 1-year follow-up after discharge, patients with MACE were included in the poor prognosis group, and patients without MACE were included in the good prognosis group, the levels of hs-CRP,Hcy and NT-proBNP were compared between two groups, and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the value of hs-CRP,Hcy and NT-proBNP in evaluating the prognosis of CHF patients.Result:The levels of serum hs-CRP,Hcy and NT-proBNP in the observation group were higher than those in the healthy group, and the levels of serum hs-CRP,Hcy and NT-proBNP in the poor prognosis group were higher than those in the good prognosis group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ROC results showed that the AUC of hs-CRP,Hcy and NT-proBNP in evaluating the prognosis of CHF patients was higher than those of three single evaluations(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of hs-CRP,Hcy and NT-proBNP can effectively evaluate the prognosis of CHF patients.
