Comparison of Effect of Thoracoscopic Lobectomy and Wedge Resection of Lung in the Treatment of Early-stage NSCLC and Impact on Respiratory Function and Stress Indicators

Abstract：Objective:To compare the effect of thoracoscopic lobectomy and wedge resection of lung in the treatment of early-stage non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and the impact on respiratory function and stress indicators.Method:This study used prospective analysis,80 patients with early-stage NSCLC who admitted to Zhangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2021 to June 2024 were selected,and they were divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Group A was treated with thoracoscopic lobectomy,and group B was treated with thoracoscopic wedge resection of lung.The perioperative indicators,respiratory function,stress indicators and clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Result:The operation time and hospitalization time of group B were shorter than those of group A,and the intraoperative blood loss and thoracic drainage volume were less than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after 10 d of treatment,the respiratory function of two groups decreased,but those of group B were higher than those of group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after 10 d of treatment,the stress indexes of two groups increased,but those in group B were lower than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between two groups at 6 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects of thoracoscopic wedge resection of lung and thoracoscopic lobectomy in patients with early-stage NSCLC are similar,but the perioperative indexes are better,and it can reduce the damage of respiratory function and stress response.
