Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of Ribociclib combined with Fulvestrant in the treatment of patients with estrogen receptor/progesterone receptor(ER/PR)positive advanced breast cancer.Method:A total of 80 ER/PR positive advanced breast cancer patients treated in Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)using the random number table method. The control group received Fulvestrant monotherapy, while the observation group received a combination of Ribociclib and Fulvestrant. The short-term efficacy, serum tumor markers levels[cancer antigen 153(CA153)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)],immune function(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,and CD4+/CD8+),and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group, the short-term clinical benefit rate of the observation group was higher, the levels of CA153 and CEA were lower, and the immune function level was better, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ribociclib combined with Fulvestrant significantly improves the short-term efficacy in patients with ER/PR positive advanced breast cancer, reduces serum tumor marker levels, and enhances immune function without significantly increasing adverse reactions.
