Application Effect of Nursing Intervention of Positive Rumination Thinking Training in Leukemia Patients

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing intervention of positive rumination thinking training in leukemia patients.Method:A total of 74 patients with leukemia were enrolled in the First Hospital of Longyan City from January 2021 to May 2024.Random number table method was used to divide the two groups into study group and control group.37 cases in the control group received routine nursing and 37 cases in the study group received nursing intervention of positive rumination thinking training.The psychological elasticity,fatigue degree,self-efficacy and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,the fatigue scale(FS-14)of both groups was decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score of both groups was decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of CD-RISC was increased in both groups,and the study group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of general self-efficacy scale(GSES)increased in both groups,and the study group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing interventions for leukemia patients receiving positive rumination thinking training can improve psychological resilience,self-efficacy,sleep quality,and alleviate fatigue.
