Application Effect of Hierarchical Chain Nursing Model in Children with Kawasaki Disease

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of hierarchical chain nursing model in children with Kawasaki disease(KD).Method:A total of 74 children with KD who admitted to Jinan Second Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given hierarchical chain nursing mode,two groups were continuously intervened for 3 months.The clinical symptom control,family disease cognition level,family function and complication rate were compared between two groups.Result:The clinical symptoms control time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of disease knowledge,lifestyle,oral medication compliance,follow-up plan,cooperation,adaptability,emotion,growth and intimacy in two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hierarchical chain nursing model demonstrates significant advantages in the nursing of children with KD.
