Abstract:Objective:To analyze the expression levels of proto-oncogene(C-myc),B-cell specific Moloni leukemia virus insertion site 1(BMI-1)and vaginal microecology[vaginal pH,lactobacillus, leucocyte esterase(LE)]in patients with different cervical lesions, and to explore the relationship between them and human papillomavirus DNA(HPV DNA)load.Method:Clinical data of patients with different cervical lesions admitted to Hai'an People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, including 80 patients with cervical cancer(cervical cancer group)and 96 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia group),and 65 patients with normal cervix were selected as the normal cervix group. The levels of C-myc,BMI-1 and vaginal pH,lactobacillus,LE and HPV DNA in the three groups were compared, and Pearson correlation analysis was used to verify the correlation between C-myc,BMI-1,vaginal pH,lactobacillus,LE and HPV DNA load in patients with different cervical lesions.Result:The proportion of C-myc,BMI-1 positive cells, vaginal pH,LE positive proportion and HPV DNA load in cervical cancer group and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia group were significantly higher than those in normal cervical group, and the lactobacillus level was lower than that in normal cervical group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the proportion of C-myc,BMI-1 positive cells, vaginal pH value and LE positive proportion were positively correlated with HPV DNA load, while the expression level of lactobacillus was negatively correlated with HPV DNA load(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expressions of C-myc and BMI-1 in patients with cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were significantly higher than those in normal cervical patients, and were positively correlated with HPV DNA load.In addition, the related vaginal microecological imbalance was also closely related to HPV infection, which may increase the risk of cervical lesions. Therefore, during clinical treatment, the changes of C-myc,BMI-1,vaginal microecology and HPV DNA load in patients with different cervical lesions should be closely monitored to avoid exacerbation of the disease.
