Abstract:Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Shenqi Guizhi Siwei Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Method:A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type who received by Qinzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects, they were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Guizhi Siwei Decoction combined with western medicine. The therapeutic effects of two groups were analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the scores of shortness of breath and fatigue, cough and asthma, palpitation and chest tightness, lower limb edema, left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in two groups were lower than those before treatment, the left ventricular injection fraction(LVEF)of two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Guizhi Siwei Decoction combined with western medicine can improve clinical symptoms, restore heart function and reduce inflammation in patients with chronic heart failure of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.
