Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of 3D laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer via sacrococcygeal approach in the treatment of patients with low rectal cancer.Method:82 patients with low colon cancer treated in Nanxishan Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from March 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group(41 cases)and experimental group(41 cases)according to random number table method. The control group was treated with 3D laparoscopic transabdominal perineal radical resection of rectal cancer. The experimental group underwent radical resection of rectal cancer by 3D laparoscopic transsacrococcygeal abdominal approach, and compared the operative effect, postoperative recovery,6-month postoperative follow-up index, local recurrence rate and survival rate of the two groups.Result:The intraoperative blood loss and operation time of experimental group were lower than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time of experimental group were shorter than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of glycogen 242(CA242),glycogen 724(CA724)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in experimental groups were lower than those in control group 6 months after surgery, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The anal function of the experimental group was better than that of the control group 6 months after operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The local recurrence rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in survival rate between experimental group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:3D laparoscopic transsacrococcygeal approach for radical resection of rectal cancer can improve the surgical outcome of patients with low rectal cancer, promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients, improve anal function, and reduce the local recurrence rate of patients.
