Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of transvaginal three-dimensional color doppler ultrasound, abdominal ultrasound combined with serum Beto-Human Chorionic Gonadotropin(β-HCG),Vascular Endothelial Grouth Factor(VEGF),and progesterone in diagnosing early ectopic pregnancy.Method:A total of 120 pregnant women with suspected ectopic pregnancy admitted to Xiamen Lotus Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects.Using pathological examination results as the gold standard, transvaginal ultrasonography(TVUS),abdominal ultrasound and serum β-HCG,VEGF and progesterone detection were performed on all patients, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of single and combined diagnostic methods were evaluated.ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic efficiency of each method.Result:104 cases were confirmed as ectopic pregnancy by pathological examination. The sensitivity and specificity of combined diagnosis were higher than those of single diagnosis. In ROC curve, combined diagnosis had the highest AUC value. Conclusion:The single detection index has its own advantages, and the combined diagnosis significantly improves the diagnostic accuracy of early ectopic pregnancy. It is recommended to use the combination of TVUS and key serum indicators in clinical practice to optimize the diagnostic process.
