Abstract:Objective:To investigate the application effect of high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in patients with Alzheimer's disease, and to analyze the effects of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),granule protein precursor(PGRN)and glial cell-derived neurotrophic factor(GDNF).Method:Sixty-three patients with Alzheimer's disease admitted to Decheng Hospital in Quanzhou from January 2019 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method, they were divided into control group(n=31)receiving cholinesterase inhibitor carbalatine and observation group(n=32)receiving cholinesterase inhibitor carbalatine combined with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.Cognitive function,MCP-1,PGRN,GDNF level, daily activity ability and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After 3 months of treatment, the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the scores of the AD cognitive rating scale and the social functional activity questionnaire were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the levels of MCP-1 and PGRN in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and GDNF in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of cholinesterase inhibitor kabalatine, the addition of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation can further improve the cognitive function of patients with Alzheimer's disease, improve the level of daily living ability, and can down-regulate the levels of MCP-1 and PGRN,and up the level of GDNF,with certain safety.
