Exploring the Implementation Effect of Lower Limb Venous Pump Combined with Ankle Circumferential Movement in Hip Replacement Surgery Based on the Main Outcome of LEDVT Incidence

Abstract：Objective:To explore the implementation effect of lower extremity venous pump combined with ankle ring rotation exercise after hip arthroplasty based on the primary outcome of the incidence of Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis(LEDVT).Method:98 patients with hip arthroplasty admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from April 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and combination group by random drawing method,with 49 cases in each group.The two groups were given routine nursing care after surgery,the control group was given foot and ankle rotation exercise,and the combined group was given lower limb venous pump intervention on the basis of the control group.The incidence of LEDVT during the intervention period was compared between the two groups,as well as coagulation function[prothrombin time(PT),Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB)index],hip function recovery[(Harris Hip Function Scale(Harris score)]and quality of life[Quality of Life(QOL)score]on the 20th day of intervention.Result:During the intervention period,the incidence of LEDVT in the combination group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 20th day of intervention,the level of PT and APTT in the combination group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of FIB was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).On the 20th day of intervention,the Harris score and QOL score of the combined group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of lower extremity venous pump combined with ankle circle exercise can effectively improve the coagulation index,reduce the incidence of LEDVT,promote the recovery of hip joint function and improve the quality of life of patients after hip replacement.
