Abstract:Objective:To evaluate and analyze the differences in efficacy between the treatment regimen of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium injection combined with moxifloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection for the treatment of severe pneumonia and the single drug treatment of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium injection.Method:80 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to the Left Wing Houqi People's Hospital of Horqin from September 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method. Both groups were given cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection, and the observation group was given moxifloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection. Both groups were given continuous administration for 14 days. The results of the subjective evaluation of the efficacy, the time for cough and other symptoms to disappear, the changes in the levels of three inflammatory factors before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of cough disappearance, temperature return to normal and discomfort disappearance in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein, procalcitonin and white blood cell count were higher in 2 groups, and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,C-reactive protein, procalcitonin and white blood cell count levels in both groups were decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of severe pneumonia, the combination of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection and moxifloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection can achieve better clinical efficacy than the single drug regimen of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection.
