Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Sanbai San in treating patients with acute lymphangitis.Method:65 patients with acute lymphangitis admitted to Jiangle General Hospital of Fujian Province from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group(n=33)and experimental group(n=32)by random number table method. The control group received routine anti-infection treatment, and the experimental group was treated with Sanbai San on the basis of the control group. The postoperative efficacy, symptom improvement(skin color, skin temperature, swelling and pain degree),inflammatory factors[white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)]and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the scores of skin color, skin temperature, swelling and pain were significantly reduced, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,CRP,WBC and PCT levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).During treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion:Sanbai Powder is effective in patients with acute lymphangitis, can effectively improve clinical symptoms, inhibit inflammatory response, and has good safety.
