Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical application and effect of rotary biopsy system for breast lesions.Method:104 patients with breast diseases admitted to Shaowu Municipal Hospital from February 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into two groups:observation group(n=52)and control group(n=52)by random number generator. The control group was treated with traditional surgery, while the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided rotary biopsy system.Perioperative indicators[operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative ambulation time, hospitalization time],observer scar assessment scale(OSAS),stress indicators[norepinephrine(NE),epinephrine(E)and renin(R)],and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group, the operation time was shorter, intraoperative blood loss was less, incision healing time and hospital stay in the observation group was shorter, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the scar elasticity, scar flatness and scar color score in the observation group were lower, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the preoperative level, the levels of NE,E and R in the two groups were increased after surgery, and the observation group was lower than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rotary breast lesion biopsy system can improve indexes in perioperative period, improve the appearance quality of breast and reduce the stress reaction of operation, which has high safety,so it should be paid attention to in clinical practice.
